Du erstellst und pflegst effiziente, zuverlässige und wiederverwendbare Ruby-Codes
Du entwickelst und pflegst APIs unter Verwendung von Frontends für die interne Systemkommunikation
Du überwachst aktive unsere Systemen, behebst bugs und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Produktmanagern zusammen um neue Features zu entwickeln

Dein Profil

mind. 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT Branche und ca. 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Ruby-Entwickler
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Ruby on Rails Framework und in den gängigen Ruby-Bibliotheken (rspec, sidekiq, devise, ...)
Du hast schon in der Vergangenheit API's entwickelt und überwacht?
Du bist ein Grundverständnis für OOP und TDD-Methoden mit?
Du hattest bereits Berührungspunkte mit relationalen Datenbanken (postgres, mysql, ...) sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Docker, Kubernetes etc.?
Grundlegendes Verständnis von Frontend-Technologien und -Frameworks sowie AWS und Sicherheit im Bereich von Webanwendungen
Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist ein Plus

Your mission

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
Develop and maintain APIs for use by frontends, or for internal system communication
Actively monitor systems, identify bugs and bottlenecks and design solutions to the
problems
Work with Product Managers to extend applications with new functionalities

Your profile

5+ years of professional experience in IT and at least 3 years of experience as Ruby developer
Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework and popular ruby libraries (rspec, sidekiq, devise, …)
Experience with developing, monitoring and maintaining APIs
Solid understanding of OOP and TDD practices
Experience with relational databases (postgres, mysql, …)
Solid understanding of docker, kubernetes knowledge is a plus
Basic understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks
Basic understanding of AWS and web application security
Full professional fluency in English, German is a plus.
