Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts-, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Online Marketing (z.B. Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.) sammeln können
Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kunden sowie ein souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
Auch für dich steht der Kunde an erster Stelle. Mit Leidenschaft, deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise und und einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative erreichst du höchste Customer Satisfaction
Einen sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) und den typischen Marketing KPIs setzen wir voraus
Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache sind für dich kein Problem
Entscheide selbst, wo du am effektivsten arbeitest - hierfür bieten wir dir einen flexiblen 50% remote, 50% in-office Arbeitsrahmen

Your mission

Amazon Advertising - You will have the opportunity to develop yourself in one of the most current and exciting fields in the online marketing universe
Amazon Expert - You will act as an expert through close collaboration and support of the whole team, training and open knowledge transfer
Customer consulting - Strategic and conceptual consulting, as well as implementation and continuous support of a consistent Amazon Advertising strategy
Personal responsibility - customer care with individual consultation as well as derivation of recommendations and measures
Your opinion is important to us - As an important stakeholder for our product management, you place customer feedback and actively support product development

Your profile

You have a degree in business, media or communication sciences
You have experience in performance marketing, ideally with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, etc
You enjoy working with customers and have a confident and professional demeanor when dealing with B2B contacts at all levels
The customer also comes first for you. With passion, your structured way of working and a high degree of initiative, you achieve the highest customer satisfaction
You impress with your analytical and structured way of working with figures and KPIs. You intuitively succeed in interpreting them and deriving recommendations
You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally MS Power BI
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
